We want you to love every Fidgety purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at your store's contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it for you at no extra cost. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.
